By accessing paldeck.cc you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor; no account or registration is required or offered.

Paldeck is an independent, non-commercial fan project operated by Paldeck. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Pocketpair, Inc.

Palworld, its name, artwork, character designs, icons, maps and all related assets are the property of Pocketpair, Inc. and its licensors. Game assets and game-derived statistics shown here are reproduced for informational and reference purposes as a community resource. No ownership over that material is claimed.

The site's own source code, layout, design, written descriptions, tooling and the structure and arrangement of its compiled datasets belong to Paldeck.

You are welcome to:

• Browse and search the database for personal, non-commercial use
• Reference the information while playing, and share what you find with other players
• Link to any page on the site, including deep links to individual Pals, items or map locations
• Quote short excerpts in guides, videos, wikis or Discord servers, with credit and a link back

You may not:

• Interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the site or its infrastructure
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure
• Circumvent rate limits, bot protection, access controls or any technical measure that restricts use
• Reproduce the site in whole or substantial part, or present it as your own
• Frame, embed or mirror the site in a way that obscures its origin or strips its branding
• Remove, obscure or interfere with any advertising, attribution or notice displayed on the site
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else’s rights

The datasets on Paldeck represent substantial work to extract, clean, correct, translate and maintain. The following restrictions apply to automated access of any kind.

5.1 Prohibited automated activity

Except as expressly permitted in 5.2, you may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, headless browser, script, agent or other automated means to:

• Access, index, copy, harvest, extract or monitor any part of the site or its underlying data
• Download the database in bulk, or systematically retrieve pages in order to build a copy or a substantial part of one
• Reconstruct, replicate or derive any dataset from the site, whether stored, cached, republished or distributed
• Access the site’s internal API endpoints, which exist solely to serve this website and are not offered for public or third-party use
• Extract content for republication on another site, application, bot, overlay, mod or service, whether or not it is monetised

5.2 Search engines

Well-behaved search engine crawlers may index the site for the purpose of returning it in public search results, provided they identify themselves honestly, obey robots.txt, and crawl at a reasonable rate. This permission covers indexing only. It does not extend to copying the database, and it may be withdrawn from any crawler at any time.

5.3 Text and data mining, and AI training

Paldeck expressly reserves all rights in respect of text and data mining, including the reservation of rights under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. No content on this site may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground or otherwise develop any machine learning model, large language model, generative system or dataset intended for those purposes, and no content may be included in any corpus assembled for such use, without prior written permission.

This reservation applies whether the access is performed by a person or by an automated agent, whether the resulting model is commercial or open source, and regardless of any robots.txt directive, machine-readable signal, or the absence of one.

5.4 Enforcement

We monitor for abusive traffic and may rate limit, challenge, block or permanently ban any address, network, user agent or automated client at our discretion, with or without notice. Nothing in this section limits any other remedy available to us.

5.5 Requesting access

If you want data for a project, ask rather than scrape. Reach us on our Discord server and describe what you need and what it is for. Community tools, guides and non-commercial projects are usually welcome, and a direct arrangement is easier on both sides than a blocked IP range.

The site displays advertising and contains affiliate links, including to game server hosting. We may earn a commission when you use them, at no additional cost to you. This revenue covers hosting. Advertisements are served by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement of the advertiser or its products.

Paldeck links to external sites we do not control, including Discord, Steam, Ko-fi and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

Game data changes with every patch, and some of the information here is derived from game files that are not officially documented. We work to keep it correct but make no promise that it is complete, accurate or current. Do not rely on it for anything that matters outside of playing a video game.

The site is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paldeck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a rights holder and believe material on this site infringes your rights, reach us on our Discord server with a description of the material, its location on the site, and your contact details. Valid claims are actioned promptly.

These terms may be updated as the site develops. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
